Reballing PS3s
Hi,
I'm about to start actually reballing PS3's (CPU, GPU, and possibly HDMI chips) and I was wondering if anyone out there knew what size solder balls I need to get.
I know I could probably figure out an elaberate equation on how to determine it, but I'm not a super mathman.
Any info would be great, thanks.

The slim seems to have the same stuff.
As someone said, one of the admins does reballing, he may be able to help you out, although I'm not sure of his location.

wow...that's a lot to go through....
What kind of equipment were you using?
Also, now that you've figured out the correct way to do it are 100% of the systems running well or are there still a percentage of failure rates even after a re-ball?
