Which Linux to use?

Newbie question here, so please don't flame me for asking.

Of all the variants of Linux out there, which is the best to use for the PS3? Is there any difference in functionality/speed/etc?

Also, anyone figure out how to use a Bluetooth keyboard with the PS3 or do I need to use a USB keyboard for the Linux install?

A dedicated wireless keyboard/mouse with USB dongle (presumedly using Bluetooth) works for me to install. I tried both Yellow Dog and Fedora linux PS3 distributions. I think YDL is a little more user-friendly, but both represent a change from Kubuntu (on my PC.) The primitive video driver though, is a real disappointment. I want to play movie files from my PC on my living room HDTV, however, neither mplayer or xine will play full-screen. The primitive video also works better with the window manager in YDL.

I believe YDL is going to have the best support dedicated to PS3 going forward.

I'm more interested in streaming media from other computers.

The graphics/video limitations aren't a Linux problem; they're imposed by Sony's hypervisor / virtualization monitor.

Like others have stated, I'm more interested in streaming media files from my other computers via windows network to my PS3.
Unfortunatly, none of the PS3-Friendly incarnations of linux support the Wifi capabilities.
YDL is "Prettier" and the Gentoo Live CD Is more user friendly, however, without the Wifi, both are equally useless to me.

I prefer Ubuntu. You can check out the links in my sig. I have to say that I have not had much experience with any other Linux distro though.

full screen movies

You can get full screen videos to play by installing vlc-client.
You need to create and edit a number of files for yum and use the
built in yum and pup in YDL to install the dependencies automatically.
