Any advice? Deleted D3 profile on memory card

Hi all

Sorry if this wrong place to post this here.

Just looking for a few pointers on a problem I've brought upon myself.

I bought a modded fat ps2 a few months ago and unfortunately have no idea what's inside it.

I was spring cleaning the memory card the other day deleting everything in sight and cleared up a little save under the name of 'd3'. Lo and behold it doesn't play back-ups anymore.

I know, I'm an idiot.

Is there any way of downloading and transferring the file back?

I've had a look around, but can't find anything which refers to 'd3'.

Any help would be much appreciated.
