how do I start off?
I want to learn how to create elfs, so here is what I want to know
1. is there a specific programming language you have to know? and if not, which is best to use?
2. what should I read on?/what all should I know?
3. is there any people on here that can help me in the development of elfs?

Just learn c/c++. Leave platform dependent stuff for later.
