** The reason why we have thes rules for UMCDR is because the author of UMCDR doesn't want UMCDR enabled progs distrubuted. Action Replay Max Evo uses UMCDR but they used it without permission from the author of UMCDR.

Bios:

System bios downloads can't be asked on PS2 Scene since they are copyrighted by the companies who produced the system but you can purchase some system bios roms.
