svideo bad colors

hello to everyone,
I wanted to know if there is a remedy to my problem:
I would like to use the svideo cable to connect my PS2 to a LCD TV instead of scart, but the colors on the screen are not as sharp as the scart, but with a halo around, as if they were too strong.
svideo cable is the original sony, while the scart cable is commercial and improves the yield video and corrects the problem of black and white in games NTSC.
I tried to change the cable and the LCD TV is that crt but the problem remains.
