77002 problem

77002 slim problem . The laser has no life at all. No power seems to be going to the laser motor or laser . There is no movement at all . Changed the laser block with a new one but still same result .PS2 turns on and goes to browser screen no problems . All ribbon cables look fine . Ps2 is not chipped.
Does anybody have any Ideas ?
