Or you can just hook up your rca cables to an internal tv tuner card. I used to do that, but playing on the tv w/component video is just sharper than the monitor for me

how did you power the lights?
did you hardwire them to the PS2's power?
or did you put a battery in there somewherethats running the lights alone?
help would be appreciated as i am attempting a job similar to yours

maybe through where the motherboard sits on the pins. i remember some stuff like that, anyway if you use that, it will only go on when its turned on.

The leds on the heat sink are powered from the motherboard (12v), and the leds from the cd tray are powered from the modchip (5v).
