Problems with latest firm and my Hdd

HI ,

First sorry for my english, i had installed the latest version of the
firmware of my Matrix Infinity 1.54 into my pstwo (the smalest).

I would like to connect to my Usb Hd, and i had downloaded a aplication to
do it. KeyLauncher v0.4 Cd By markobreko
(HDLOADER+USBADVANCE+COGSWAPLOADER+CD LOADERv7 5.2+PS2Os
0.3b+MEDIAPLAYER2PRO+McFORMAT+TITLE.DB). I put the cd into the console and
i display that every thing it's installed. But when i restartd the console
and i put the triangle or the R1 i can't see anything.

What's wrong?
Maybe i have to install the Matrix Infinity Manager?
There is any problem if i install the firmware 1.36 with FM and after i upgrade again?
