Worked before shipping, not when he got it.

I feel bad today.
I did a ps2 v7 job with MI chip for customer and i tested the unit before i shipped it and it was working 100%.

Since i was gonna ship it in mail, i also glued all points with glue gun when i was done. Tested it again. WORKED!

When customer gets it, no MI logo, and he cant BOOT originals either.

I told him to return it and ill pay shipping both ways, but do anyone know what went wrong since it DOSENT read ORIGINALS either?

Where should i start troubleshoot, at the DVD points?
Havent got the console back yet.

Due to package being dropped and thrown around a point probably fell off. Just open it to see if your work is still good.
