Identify this component

Can someone please tell me what this component is on the chip? I attached a picture and circled it in red. I don't have the chip to look at.

When using my HDD something flashed brightly inside the ps2 case and I was searching the board for anything damaged or burnt or blown fuses, but I can't see anything on the board so I was thinking it might be the infinity chip that was damaged. I thought the circled component looked different than the picture, but looking at other pictures it looks fine too. I was just curious as to what it was.

I can't find any physical damage anywhere and the system still works correctly. I guess I'll have to send it in for repairs if I see the flash again.

Thanks alot! I thought it might be an led, but the orange color scared me and I was about to send it in for someone to look at. He would probably have charged me just to say that nothing was wrong. Thanks again for saving me the time and money.
