Modded a v12 with MI, pic inside! Slow dvd reading!

Hi!

I modded a v12 today with MI original.
K, everything went smooth.. i thought.
When I try to turn PS2 on and boot backup it start at full spin, then just go slower slower and slower till it stop. No red screen of death or anything.

The chip works, Matrix logo at start, disable works.

I tried remove subzero fix, same issue. Added subzero again.
Then i tried to DISABLE CHIP to boot backup, then i get RSOD.
Tried DISABLE CHIP and booted original, now it works flawless.
So i guess there is no bridges as well?

What point should i check

Here is a pic of my install (without the subzero fix)

OK,

Tried to replace chip same issue.
Tried to re solder all points. same issue.

Tried for FUN to attach the H wire, though it says "DO NOT CONNECT ON PAL MACHINE" . Well, mine is a PAL, and now it is up running just fine.

Wtf is up with this motherboard??

Anyways, everything is good now. Bye.

I use the subzero2 chips which also say dont connect H on pal motherboards but if you dont dual layer discs wont run, they give RSOD, so I think thier needs to be some revision on the diagrams
