Questions that might have been asked alot.....sorry

I've been doing some research around the forums but I can't find a guide which explains how to get SNES-STATION HDD Version and roms onto the ps2 hdd. Is it possible to do this on an unmodified ps2? I have hdadvance 3.0 (retail version). I downloaded an .iso of snes station with roms on them but everytime i use hdl dumb to install it to my hdd nothing happens. I hit the install button and nada....... any help would be greatly appreciated.
