V12 Laser fix help

Could not find a fix that did not need any resistors or anything.
I have a modbo 4.0, but lost the laser fix chip.
Maybe someone has an extra? i can pay like $10 shipped, as i need it fast.
Otherwise maybe someone has a link to a easy fix...

Do the SumOne fix itīs cheap and reliable.
Just the use of 2 resistors.Donīt buy any diod-shitfix.Itīs useless.

If you must buy a fix go for the SlimFix v.3 or v.4 or the SubZero

Here's a detailed diagram of the SummOne Fix. It specifies the resistor values depending on your PS2 version, but I'm not sure how to tell if you have a v12.0, v12.1, or v12.2.

GH035 should be an v12 with either 303(30k) or 683(68k) resistors
Iīll think the v12.2 is the one with 01D resistors
