PS2 Slim with chip ARmax or other Stuff dont work

Hi!
At the start i want to say that my english is not good.. sorry for that.

I have a problem with my PS2 Slim SCPH-77004 in PAL system with a chip Modbo.
I have try many applications like ARmax Evo 2007 or the last ARMax September or GameShark 2 v.4 or CodeBreaker v9 , v10.
And it always says that he can not boot the game (backup games..) but when i try a orginal game on ARmax then it work =/ and when i try a backup game then nothin do. And when i try CodeBreaker then i allways see warning cannot load disc.

But when i dont use any cheat device. I give only the backup game and start my PS2 then all games work but when i use the cheat devices then no backup game work



Can maybe some good Persone tell my what to do ? Im a noob in such things.. then plis write step by step what to do.

I try 3 weeks to do something with this but i dont can
Plis help my.

I am having the same problem booting up back ups with game shark v4 and Action Replay. I'd appreciate any assistance.
