    sooo i use the dvd9 to dvd5 tutorial and did a iso of xenosaga 8.3gb with a downloaded iml couse when when i i did it dident even boot. now i get a damn pink screen for the first time after playing lotsa stuff. it kinda freak me off couse i haven been able to play xenosaga in a long time. even thought i have a orignal one. but my ps2 dosent read dvd/cd`s anymore so i have to play them trought hd any idead of why this is happening ¿?

    xenosaga dvd9 works fine for me with the last hdl patch no need to convert it back to dvd5

    thanks a lot man. now just to be fully sure. couse it takes a lot of time to tranfer the game i just make an iso with dvd decrypter and thats it it should work ¿?

    I think you have to flatten it actually check the original thread. The stuff they discuss sounds complicated it may just be easier to use the 3 dvd5 images instead.

    flatten naa if i flatten the image it dosent work i get that damn pink screen

    i use the image of dvd decrypter and the lasted patch and it work perfect

    Which program did you use Blackknight999? I've tried using hdl_dump but I'm still getting that pink screen even with the hdl0.7c and the DVD descrypter image.

    use winhiipe to transfer the iso it s better i think

    Yeah create an image with dvddecrypter and send it on harddisk with winhiip, works like a charm with hdloader 0.7c
