noone knows why it doesn't work, and I don't think anybody is working on it.

I'm looking every week if anything was accomplished, since I have no other option than to play it off the hd.

At ps2hd.com, it shows that it's compatible with ToxicOS. Does this mean that it's compatible with Toxic .2 core for hdl?

No, that list shows support for the lastest version (0.3) only.

No. This has been covered numerous times. ToxicOS0.3 is being attempted to be cracked but it is not done. When or if it is you will know.
