    That's probably the issue. Use one or the other (I would use the patched ISO).

    I use only the patched ISO (without patching HDLoader) and it's working fine.Now I can save on the same savegame correctly.

    Okay, I tried it with HDAdvance 2.0. Works as well as with the patched HDloader (With the patched ISO that is).

    Question, though: Does the game ever freeze when saving or loading a save file? Or does the freezing only happen when loading (As in, loading an area or battle, not a file).

    I've never had it freeze upon loading and saving files (this is 41 hours into the game). I still use two slots just in case though.
