Does anyone know which modes are required to play this game?

I tried mode 1+3, 3, 1 but none of these modes worked...

It doesn't work for me, I am using HDadvance 3.0

You should be using HDLoader 0.8b. Anything besides it (and ToxicOS of course) is just SHIT!

Reason #1 for me to ditch ToxicOS and format a disk for HDLoader.
