anyone tried this with hdloader 8? got the game last nite on newsgroups and not tried yet.

Shinobido Takumi and Shinobido Imashime worked with 0.8a, I think it's the same with way of the ninja

It works just fine with HDL 0.8b.

wow...when i came into this thread i thought....wtf is shinobido....did he mean shinobi??? But how wrong i was....:|
I want this game it looks so ****ing cool, who can resist ninjas?!
but ya....how is it? Is there any english in the menus and what not? mostly japanese? In other words...how playable is it to someone who doesnt know japanese?

Edit: so actually i found a Pal version, (when i first researched it on ign, it said not released in US...and i just made a few false assumptions...)

So my new question is does this game have a ntsc selector?

there is no pal selector on my version. but the game is very cool. all in english.the movies are hot, camera angles are a bit dodgy some times but a greaT GAME AND IT HASNT BEEN RELEASED YET

ya i think i used that tool to patch a PAL version of gta:sa .....i didnt really like it, the screen was a bit stretched and i couldn't fit all the text and display on the screen....but i guess we have no choice for this game. (we as in NTSC peeps)

Just tested it. NTSC patched and runs ok disk and HDD (hdl 0.8).
Screen view is good, not bad and looks like a awsome game (i love tenchu like games).
