Did anyone get this game to work? I tried no modes and mode 3 but it still doesn't work.

works fine for me, did u copy it off the original?

Works fine for me with no modes on my version 9. Saddly addicting game.

what in the hell do you have to do inorder to use "district"?i have like 15-20 citys and still cant use that..

u need a class 2 prefect to use district

ok is that for my MAIN guy or the other guys running my smaller citys for me?either way how do i get a class 2 prefect?
