Why the hell isn't the disk dual layer? They've been touting the fact that it would be for ages. Are you sure this is the complete ISO?
I assume it was only PR bla, sure there is added content but such stuff don´t take much space. I know the JP-Version and the first hours are basically the same. CG-Movies are there, CutScenes are voice-overed and the chit-chat with local 08/15 NPCs is subtitled -- just like the JP-Version.
I´m pretty sure this is the real deal.
Maybe they put the dummy data on it on purpose to screw some lenses. You'd think twice about getting a ps3 instead of repairing
i got the game already and I don't know how to create a 3.14 gb iso out of it. dvddecrypter says it's above 6 gigs. any help guys? thx
Yeah, heard the retail is ~6,5GB, DVD5 version freezes at Chapter 7...bah.
Wait, wasn't there a person here who said he ripped the ISO from the DVD and it was 3.5 GB? Or maybe he only got the first layer.

Hi. Has anyone tried transfering the unalterd ISO made with DVD Decrypter to the ps2 HDD with WinHiiP yet?
If so how does it run and are there any modes needed?
Yup, it seems like the rippers only got the first layer. Just make the image using DVDdecrypter and you'll be fine. Upload using winhiip or hdl_dump as usual. I've read that it does boot and gets past chapter 7.

I can also confirm it works past Chapter 7 from DVD9.
