Prince of Persia WW

hi, I finally got my NA w/HDD and so far it's worked great with the games my brothers and I are playing (Makai Kingdom, Disgaea 1 and Suikoden V). I also installed Shin Megami Tensei Lucifer's Call (wich didn't even work on a burned DVD, strange), Phantom Brave, God of War (stripped DVD5), Metal Slug 3d and La Pucelle Tactics, and all of them seem to work fine

my question is: I also installed Prince of Persia WW and it looks OK, but what about the game freezing glitches?
I already played the game 3 times on DVD and got stuck in the same place (after the first battle with the Empress you appear at the beach in the present and are supposed to get a Dahaka chase, but that's the biggest game glitch, since most of the time you don't get to continue the game, or at least I read)

has anyone played it successfully?

if it helps, I just read on the ps2hd compability list it needs to be on mode 3

People have played it successfully. Just remember to save on several slots because there are several game stopping glitches. I couldn't finish it due to one glitch and I only saved on one slot.

yeah, the original game has many showstopper glitches. you jus have to keep multipli saves and pray.

that was the middle of the question, if it could work ok on HDLoader, if things are the same, then I guess I'll try the PC version and also dl a near the end save where you can choose to take or not the water sword

People have had varying levels of success with this game. I have found that if you use a version of HDL with the MDMA patch that it worked fine for me. I was able to play all the way threw.

Are you on the scene here you have to run from craphead then break through a wall to escape.... A friend figured it out.... you need to not get the new sword... keep the water sword... it will slice right through.. so get to the Dahaka and the go for the sword.... seems stupid to give you a sword that can't go through one wall in the game....

Yep that's it but if you have save before and after every time portal or took the wrong path then after the first empress fight..the prince will be teleported outside the island..and thus their is no DAHAKA chase..

If your not teleported outside island then pick up the sword and smash up the wall behind the chair..
