works with modes 1 and 3 on HDL 08.b

Just like al the earlier PES and WE games for PRO Evolution Soccer 6 (Pal English) you only need mode 3 to play it from hdl

Hmmmm, I tried mode 3 only and it just black screened. I enabled mode 1 and it booted right up the next time.

So just use either way (1+3 or just 3) until it works.
