...the Jap version is out and it features an english option ala DMC3 Jap. to those who have the game, does it work with 0.7c?

I got some information saying that it supports 0.7c but not perfectly. Someone said the game would hang randomly.

It plays perfectly under ToxicOS 0.4x with NO MODES.

So would assume it'll be fine under HDL.

Also, it does indeed have FULL English. On first boot.

Main Menu
3rd item down - Options

Options Menu
1st item - Text language, move right once.
2nd item - Dialog language, move right once.

Now exit options via very bottom option.

but how can you run it in HDDLOADER if it's a 2 DVDs game?
Are the DVDs independent one from another like DMC2?

No...same game...continues on disc 2...
I've read that if you save in the hideout just before finishing disc1..if you run disc2 and load there should be no problems...
But I can't confirm...I'm just at the beginning...
