OK I've got this to work on HDL but it removes the animated bit with the arcades, just a simple text menu showing all games (also unlocks Galaga 88 and Pacmania)

    Required Files

    ISOBUSTER PRO (1.8)
    CDGENPS2 (3.0)
    WINHIIP (1.7.3)

Run ISOBUSTER and open image,go to the little red iso tab and click right mouse and 'Extract' to any folder - when this is done right click same part and find 'Folder tree and file information; click on 'List tree info in txt file'and 'LBA Relative path' save this to same folder

Now goto your folder and edit 'SYSTEM.CNF' in notepad replace 'SLUS 70.23' with 'NAMCO50.ELF' and save

Open CdgenPS2 and 'Import tree file from Isobuster' in Advanced and select your filelist in folder and Ordering by LBA (nofix) change VOL to a blank space and save image.

Import to PS2 HD with WinHIIP and hey presto it even shrinks the size down to 512MB

Now please help me rebuild MVP 2005...I tried your method stated here but still get a black screen. I made a new topic for it in this forum.

I wouldn't call this a fix, since it skips the memory card menus completely, and you can't save scores, or edit any settings. But this is an okay workaround for the time being, thanks tho. It works okay.
