I used ImgBurn to make bin and cue files and then converted them to an iso file using UltraISO. I installed the iso file to my hdd and play the game with OPL. I haven't played too much but it looks like it works fine. Are you trying to convert it to a dvd so that you can use ESR to play the back up?
