Lego Star Wars working (but no sound)

Just done that now, gonna transfer to the HD. I expect it will work but playing with no sound is no fun!!

Just boots to a black screen!!

now that the GT4 patch is made, i would be a good idea to try patching this one

Just because a GT4 patch has been made doesnt mean a patch for this and every other will be made, would be nice though ^_^

I was able to do this and reproduce it -- it runs fine, just doesn't have any sound. Like everyone else, I'd love to see a better patch, but this will work for now.

hi all, i got the game to work fine with sound on my patched hd loader which i got from exploitstation .i used a launch elf to load the exploit to the ps2 and lo and behold the game worked with sound, this the pal version of the game.if you hop on over to exploitstation you can grab the fully patched exploit from the downloads section

Is it just me or does LSW not have any dialog? I just have sound effects. It's pretty weird to play with no talking

I think its ment to be without "dialog" the PC version is the same

I have got Lego StarWars working from HDD with a HDLoader ELF which is patched with every patch. I dont know if only one of the patch's would have made it work? the only problem I have is now GT4 HDD Version wont work with this HDLoader. So now I need to use 2 different HDLoaders.

i am pretty sure that you should disable the new dvd9 support when youy press select for gt4

i use patch 0.6c and both gt4 and lego star wars work a treat.
