I managed to get the game to work with no modes by deleting the dummy data at the end of the SYSTEM.CNF file and saved the ISO with UltraISO.

The game won't work if you rebuild the ISO with CDVDGEN so use UltraISO to edit and replace "SYSTEM.CNF" and then save directly.

    It works great now.

EDIT: Added the edited SYSTEM.CNF so just drag and drop into UltraISO's file browser when you have the game ISO open and then save.

I already know about that possible fix but I didn't post because I didn't try the game on my HDLoader yet.

With the original SYSTEM.CNF the game is not working on the emu(pcsx2) too and I was wondering why and when I opened the disk I saw that the file is strangely huge(I've never seen such huge SYSTEM.CNF)so I decided to check it with notepad to see why it's so big.

After seeing all those "endless" dots(zeros is hex) I thought...hmmm that's strange, why there is such thing in the that file.So I just used Xpert to extract the game, then edited that file and rebuild the game.

After that the game worked on the emu but I still didn't have the time to try it on my hdd.

    Anyway thanks for the report
