help plz about ppf file

hi i just downloaded a .ppf file which im supposed 2 apply to an iso,
how do i do this? and is it possible to apply the patch to an .mds file (alcahol image)

use ultraiso to convert between diffrent iso format.

how to apply it, i dont know
