.hack Voiceover patces?

Anyone can help me how can make .hack voiceover patches, to voiceover works with HDloader?

I spoted some patch to files in base ELF file like this cdrom0:\Voice_E\voice01.prg, I try rewrite this patch to relative like a Data patch (\Data\) but image is doesn't load
