has anyone gotten this to work with HDL?
i have the full japanese version and everytime i try to start the game it shows a black screen.

it's normal FF XII doesn't work on HDloader but we wait a patch or a new hdloader for tihs game. we must wait

You can wait for a very long time I believe, i don't think there will be any other patches for hdloader (look at ToxicOS...) we'd better wait for the new hdd homebrew project

hmm I wonder why KH2 and FF 12 freeze at different parts... is squareenix working on something devious ??

Hey guys, i found this patcher on a japanese BBS.
I'm unable to make it work.
Both Kaserpsky and an online scan say it's not a virus.
If you understand the Japanese message that it says after launch, please report.
I was also only able to close the program via the Task Manager.

The forum said to run the exe, choose the FFXII iso, and it'll patch it. However, other users have reported back without success. Did you try that?

There's nowhere for the iso to be chosen?
I just get a message box and can't seem to be able to do anything.

This "patch" is trying to establish an internet connection with tmp6.2ch.net.
Can you post the address of the forum where you found it?
