    hi i got ffx-2 and hdl .7e and i cant seem to get it to work... i even turn on mode 3 and all i getting is bsod anyone here wanna help me out with what to do to get it to work thanx in advance

    You must have made some mistake either in preparing your patched HDL or in installing that ISO. Here it loads to menu as normal, and starts correctly from there too. I'm watching the 'concert' intro movie right now, with the game launched from HDL 0.7e (Game ID = SLUS_206.72)

    thanx for the help but i decided to transfer the iso again and see what happen from there

    My PS2 locks up whenever I die during a battle. Anyone else get this?

    FFX-2 has this problem even with the original HDL. Once you see the Game Over screen and try to go to the title screen, it will be a BSOD. The solution is, of course, to not die.

    I've completed FFX-2 New Game+ using patched HD Loader (first run were from the disk itself) and I don't recall any specific problems.

    i completed FFX-2 without dying cause i knew that dying would result to a BSOD and I'm too lazy to reset my ps2.

    it's not that hard to do that actually. i think FFX-2 is a lot more easier that FFX.

    when you know your going to die just do a soft reset and your all set
