It ain't so fantastic. As soon as it gets to the red Marvel intro screen the game would hang. I tried mode 1, 2, 3 and no go. I'll try different combinations again later.

damn...and this looks good too.
i hear it works with 0.7c.
john merrick
What's 0.7c?
I played the game for a little while, it's okay. It seems the loading time was long, it'd be great if we can run it off the HDD.
fantastic four works on the hdloader patch 0.7c.
with modes 1,2,3 enabled on the 6th stage now
it's better then spiderman lol
Sorry I've been away from the hdloader scene, so I'm not familiar with the patch. I have HDAdvance v1.0 loaded on my memory card, is there an easy way to patch my boot.elf? Thank you in advance for your help.
Works fine. No Modes. Patch 0.7c.
My version of the game won't work for some reason. I downloaded it and I have the 0.7c patch (atleast I think I do, I have the fully patched version from exploitstation) anyways when I tried it with all modes on it hung on the red marvel screen like stated above, I tried many combinations and don't know what the problem is. Can it be the downloaded version that I got? or maybe I am just confused on how the modes work on the new patches becuase they are not the same. Can anyone hlep me out.
I don't think you can have the proper version of the HDL patch, since you speak of trying the game with ALL patches on, which would be absurd with v0.7c, as no game known to man requires (or even works ?!?) with all 8 per-game switches in the 'YES' position.
It's particularly absurd for the game specific switch 'Soul Calibur 2'..., but also for the switches which allow use of the old (bugged) behaviour with the 'YES' setting and use the improved (bugfixing) behaviour with the 'NO' setting. The latter switches should normally be left as 'NO' except for use with a few games that seem allergic to the improvements (for reasons still unknown).
Best regards: dlanor
I will test it soon, hope it works.
