Hey guys, I recently patched this game to NTSC and put it on the hd and it boots fine with mode 3 however when changing to the eyetoy version the game just locks.
Anyone else tried this or know of a way to extract the eyetoy version of the game?

Hi
I have the same problem with my V7 PAL and HDAdanvce3.0
The conversion is not the problem!
The Question is, runs the EyeToyFeature with a chip and on DVDR?
Or maybe a bad rip?
Any hints? Thanks
I'm pretty sure I heard Eyetoy work on Eyetoy Play from HDD but never tried it myself.
EyeToy Play 3 runs without problems on HDD
It might be due to the EyeToy version of Lemmings booting from another ELF separate from the main game and HDL does not support booting from multiple ELFs as far as I know.
Eyetoy works on games from hdl no problem there, the lemmings game is different then other eyetoy games in the fact that eyetoy is an extra option in this game. I got he same problem with it (hangs). The singstar games also use the eyetoy feature as an option (not needed to play the game) but no problems with them![]()
Mode three interferes with multi elf loads at times.
The classic example of this would be sega classics, where it goes BACK TO THE DISC if you have mode 3 enabled when you select a game.
Lemmings Eyetoy Pal: how to get it to work! Extract the contents of the disc. Open the file SYSTEM in a texteditor and change the line:
BOOT2 = cdrom0:\SCES_541.45;1 in BOOT2 = cdrom0:\EYETOY.ELF;1. Rebuild the disc and transfer to your hdd.
Now the eyetoy game loads up![]()
much appreciated guys, ironically I noticed this looking at the disc image but I never reloaded the modified image to the hd
good to go now![]()
