i make this plugins tool, Shrinker_ps2_psp_CdDvd5_iso.epi,doesnt need cdgen,
also included relinker,if you know how to relink the .pss file.
can remove the fake toc,like fifa2006.

1. select Shrinker_ps2_psp_CdDvd5_iso.epi
2. click Open,and browse to your .iso file
3. click Extract LBA,after the done message box, click ok.
4. click Extract File,after the done message box, click ok.
5. goto the @xxxxxx.iso folder, 0byte those dummy file.
6. click Rebuild File, after the done message box, click ok.
7. click Rebuild LBA,after the done message box, click ok.
8. it will be the New-xxxxx.iso file,it should be the reduced size.
9. now you can burn the .iso file.

Tested with succed with Top Spin Pal version : 3.8 Go --> 1.9 Go

Wow this tool can be really useful and a time saver if it eventually works with many games without problems, thanks and keep up the good work.

Tested with succed with Codename: Kids Next Door: Operation V.I.D.E.O.G.A.M.E.

Before: 4,34 GB (4.669.964.288 bytes)
After: 1,34 GB (1.445.236.736 bytes)

First, thanks for the program Gnie!
Now my question.. The isos that Experimental ext reb plugin outputs can be burned to a dvd and should work like the original iso on modded ps2?

And now a request.. there's any way for you to make a plugin to patch the existing CD games to be burned as DVD? I really started to hate cds, even tough I have a v9 ps2.

Why would you want to burn them on DVD? It's more efficient if you just kept the filesize if you are burning to a DVD.

The biggest problem I think with this plugin is that it doesn't put the files into the new iso in the same order as the original. This can cause problems with some games I think.

I've been using UltraIso to shrink my games. Just open iso, and resave. No LBA crap. Works just fine with all the above games.
