Enter The Matrix--naturally buggy or what?

I've been playing Enter The Matrix via Toxic OS 0.41 for a few days now. For some reason this sucker is the most crashtastic console game that I have ever played. I do have the original DVD game but of course I prefer playing it, as with most games, from the had disk. But I'm unsure if this crashing is something caused by loading from the HD or if it's really just a buggy game. I tried setting the new mode 4 on as this supposedly fixes some technical issues, but I haven't played it enough yet to tell if it's making a difference. Just random crashes at points in the game where the game doesn't even seem to be loading. Has anybody else had this issue, either playing from the HD or otherwise?

the game work fine on hdloader so i think its either buggy or that toxic os .41 cant fix the problem

I've read that the game crashes and spills debug info all over the screen, even if your using the real dvd.
And that this happens very often.
