    Default Cold Fear(PAL) with ToxicOS .41 ..throws you back to memorycard/DVD ps2 screen? – 04-22-2006,08:28 PM
    I've tried all modes to no avail. It happens when I try to start a new game..after I choose my difficulty it shows a cutscene then it shows the bleeping red radar loading screen -- then the screen flickers and sends me back to the PS2's memory card management/disc-you-inserted screen. On mode 2 and 4 the screen just goes black and nothing happens, though.

    I've searched but no one else has had this particular problem. Any ideas? The PS2HD database has no information on compatibility with the PAL version of this game -- either that or it doesn't work at all.
