is this game fully playable? i can't seem to get it to work with second layer, it hangs.
And which program should i use to transfer 2 layer iso? i used hdldumb, may be it wrongly installed second layer -_-.

I am not sure if it works with 0.8b, I think it should since hdloader has program dvd9 support (reading of both layers); try installing using hdloader directly (0.8+). myself I already had it previously installed before with 0.7c and it worked fine since I flattened the dvd9 to dvd9 meaning I merged the two layers into one without down sampling or removing pieces of the game; rebuilt and installed through hdldump/b. before it would freeze about mid-way through (loading screen went to a bsod) the game after finding the girl from the gnome village saving here cats and fighting the area boss...

well, my game hangs right where you said, after girl with cats.
i can't install it with hdloader since i have only iso. how to merge both layers into one? i made two dvd5, but winhiip refuses to install them both -_-.. and winhiip refuses to install dvd9, while i have 100 mb free and 14 gb fragments..

your going to need a few programs that are probably not appropriate to post on the forum,

what I basically did was using dvd-decrypter I made an image of the champions of norrath duel-layer disc, then used apache' to extract both layers to a single directory. with the sony dvd creator selected master dvd (single layer - since we are not planning on burning to a dvd it doesnt matter if it's beyond 4.7gb) edited the volume and copied the files in the directory and exported iml. used iml2iso to make the iso.

i can't install it with hdloader since i have only iso.

can't you burn the iso on a dvd+r dl disc and install through hdloader?

well, i can't create iso.. i have error -total sector exceeds recordable sector-

what version of iml2iso are you using?

it was cddvd generator error. i used dos window for making iso..

export the iml with sony dvd generator; create the iso with iml2iso.

well, i didn't know that dvd generator needed to be patched first. you can't export iml, if it's not.
now creating iso, will see if it works )
