I used HDL_Dumb to transfer an image to my HD over lan, but it stopped about 25% into it and returned with unknown error. I did this a few times. Now knowing what's going on, I took out the drive and hooked it up to my PC and checked it out with WinHIIP 1.7.3. Using the scan/repair function I found a few partial transfers that are reported back as error. I read some where that WinHIIP is supposed to offer me the option to repair it. But it did not. Nor do I have any other buttons or options to choose to repair it. The partial transfers did not show up in the list of games already on the drive. I mounted the drive back into my PS, loaded up DMS tool. It did not show me the corrupted partition so I can't delete it either. What can I do?
When I first installed HDL, I use a brand new drive, I did not format it using windows. I don't know if that makes a difference.
