Where can I download PS2 Packer 0.3b2?

I think I've burned probably 5-6 coasters so far just trying to make the Patched HDLoader work using the MC exploit. I have that small file BOOT.ELF that comes with HDA.ELF, and I'm trying to use that boot.elf to launch my patched HDloader (which I've renamed to HDA.ELF before copying it to memory card) However, no matter how I patch or compress HDloader, that boot.elf will not run it - when I boot the PS1 disc, I only get a white flash and then it stays frozen on a black screen. Of course, as soon as I put the original HDA.ELF on the memory card, BOOT.elf loads it and runs it fine.

The weirdest thing is that I *can* launch my patched HDloader if I use PS2Menu, but the boot.elf won't run it no matter what.

I've read that some people said how PS2 Packer 0.4 is the culprit for this, and that I should have compressed the HDLoader.elf with PS2 Packer 0.3b2. However, that version does not seem to be available at ps2dev.org site. That would be the last thing I can think of to try, so if anyone can tell me where can I download that older version of packer, I'd really appreciate that.

Also, I'm thinking that I should try to use Kyio's decompressed/hacked version of boot.elf, but I thought that version was only hacked in the sense that it has changed the boot file name, so that instead of HDA.ELF I should name the file HLOADER.ELF or HDLOADER.ELF
