which way to go????

okay i picked up this ps2 and i think it is ver 7 (390001) now what is the best way to go chip or hard drive or both is the dms pro a good chip? it does not have the network box on it so i would still have to get that.does the chip help to play backup movies?

dms isnt supported here search and you will find out ...also i have mc exploit and hdl and i can do everything that a mod chip can do Ithink .... you just hvae to have the right programs

what do i need fo the mc? is there a good guide to show wat and how to do?

um i didnt have a guide to help me i had to find out from a mc exploit disk that wouldnt work i just figured out what it was suppose to do and figured it out...get ahold of me and i will set you up

okay all i have at this momment is a ps2 and nothing else no mc,hd addapter yet other than a ps1 and some games pm me if needed

ok i would say get a 80 or 120 gb hdd ( if you can afford more go ahead those are just cheap) and a network adapter and a memory card. you are going to have to get swap magic or something some way to boot a backup..... Or get a save of cogswap to boot from your mc i dont know how to do it that way so i guess untill you can boot a backup your out of look unless a bud of your has a chipped or modded ps2

my buddy has hd advance disk and i have a 40gig to start with and a ps1 with some games

ok i can give you the files to do your exploit but you will have to make an image of it trasfer it to his hard drive through winhiip then run the installtion from thier if anyof this is over your head we have a lot of work to do

okay got the hdd,mc8mb and netcard and some ps2 games and ps1 games now do i have to buy anything else? my buddy has hdadvance and i dont.i put some on the drive already
