If you've been using hdl_dumb or dump, don't even try winhiip. It screwed up my hard drive pretty seriously.

I thought I'd try winhiip once to see if there was any difference. But when I started it it deleted half the games on my hard drive without question and deleted parts of some of the other games.

Fortunately, I know enough about the low level partition format and could write something to repair all the screwed up partition table, but it was still a pain in the @ss.

Be forwarned, don't even start winhiip once, unless its the only thing you've used.

This isn't anything new. Its been known for some time there are issues when switching to another program to dump games. Closing...
