Video Cables & Powered USB HDD Interference
I've been searching and can't seem to find an answer to this.
I currently have my PS2 Slim hooked up to my TV via Component Cables and I have a powered USB hard drive. I've noticed that there is some slight video interference when the drive is plugged into the PS2, in the form of a band of cross-stitches climbing up the screen
I never had this when the PS2 was hooked up via standard A/V cables or the RF cable.
Is this a common problem with using component cables (i'm using generic ones). Does anyone know if using a higher quality set of cables, like sony or those monster cables would shield the interference?
