Using winhiip to copy hard drive.

I used winhiip to look in my PS2 hard drive to see if I could find a bad codebreaker file and it showed only the HDLoader games and not the codebreaker file. If I used winhiip to copy the hard drive to another hard drive would it copy everything including the codebreaker file or would it only copy the HDLoader games that winhiip showed on the drive? Thanks very much for any help.

Well, I fixed the problem. I put a different hard drive in my PS2 and booted up the codebreaker, took the hard drive out, put the original hard drive back in the PS2 and formatted the codebreaker section. It seemed to lock up on the "formatting hard drive" screen because I left it for more than 5 minutes and it never left that screen so I thought it wasn't going to work but when I reset the PS2 the codebeaker loaded all the way and worked fine. I then deleted about 650 games and downloaded some day 1 saves and everything works great!
