Using Keylauncher

I seem to be having a problem with Keylauncher.
I boot my PS2 into KL, then have it auto boot to HDL 0.7c off the hd.

I've made up an MDMA patched HDL, which i transferred to my hd, and want to set it as an option on one of the joypad buttons when KL loads.
When i press 'start' then option 1, 'link an ELF to any button', i try to select 'HDD DEVICE'. I get the message 'READING THE TABLE OF PARTITIONS'.
Then the drive spins, but nothing happens. I've tried leaving it for 10 mins but no change.

It used to work fine, and is only recently that i've had a problem. I have a Maxtor 300gb drive, and i'm wondering if i've gone over the 28bit limit.

Anyone know what the problem is, and what a solution might be?

Any help is appreciated, i really don't have room on my mc for hdl, so i need to store it on the hd.

thats not right when u install it to kl then all your files is in your memory card not hdd.

Try to see what is on your memory card and link the button to this file

You can link to files that are on the memory card or on the hard drive (or usb drives i think, tho i've not tried that)

I only have kl (as boot.elf) and title.db on my mc, all other files - ExecFTPS, HDL 0.7c, etc. are on the hd.
I don't want to fill up space on the mc with hdl mdma so want have put it on the hdd.

Whats really bugging me is that i've done this loads of times before - every time theres been an upgrade to HDL - and it's always been ok, it's just now that i'm having trouble.
Thats why i think it might have something to do with drive size, i've about 180gb of games on the drive. But i'm not sure if KL is not compatible with drives over 160gb...

Oh know I understand u copied all the elf files via FTP to your hdd.

Hm the same problem occured on my site i copied and copied until it hasnt worked.

I changed Keylauncher and know i use LaunchELF try this one.

Or u must format your hdd and copie the files again
