They claim that there is no delay in gameplay and 75% dvd comptability 85%cd. Personaly think that there will be much lag. well have to wait and see

play games from usb?? do you have idea of the ultra-wonderful-fantastic speed that you will have?
if I am not wrong the usb 1.1 is slower than the normal cd/dvd drive

In theory the old USB transfers about as much as the CDVD-drive in DVD-mode at the outer edge of a full disc, so the speed gain with USB-HDD is somewhere around +/-0.

even if it is real it sure does smell alot like hdloader/advance with the compatibility rate almost if not identical. i hope it does get warez'ed cause this whole steal other peoples stuff and get paid for it mentality is getting quite old imho...

i'd rather just buy a mod chip than invest in a usb loader

speaking from one point only here i think the usb loader would be good for only one thing as a back up drive. one where you could store your games on wen you dont ant to play them and vice versa. I cant see how its going to work personally there will be lag and prob a noticible lag as well best stick to a hd loader in your ps2 and have the usb as storage.


yipee could this mean no need to take out your old hdd in the ps2 to put new games on to it
