I don't know if this is the right forum for this but I was wondering if it is possible to move games from a usb stick to a installed hard drive instead of having to say swap the hard drive out to add on to it.

since the ps2 only has USB 1.1, it would take forever to do this. Rather pointless actually.

I was thinking that but just leave it to go overnight. I got a nice IDE to usb board i could pop on it to move stuff over I suppose.

there is no program to move games from the usb to hdd anyways. use winhiip and some sort of usb to ide converter to do it up dude. I doubt anyone would make a program of what you want exactly.

I'm still new to the modding a ps2 thing so I didn't know if a app was out there like this

A nice PCB to do this with is the one that comes on the back of any external enclosure for a IDE drive. Just a few clicks here and there and you got the drive connected to the PC via USB. Great use for the enclosure I had laying around with no IDE drives to use on it
