Trigger Disk not working

I used the exploit tut. for noobs and wen i got to the part with the command prompt thing titlema -a xxxxxxx it wouldnt add. any way i extracted the slus/scus thing using notepad and added it to title.db using the titlemaker.exe by pasting the slus thing from notepad "is this right?"
Anyway i burned the CD and installed ps2menu but now when i put the trigger disk in, there's only a blank screen. Please help me out. What's wrong?
I have a PAL, idunno wat version PS2, with a messiahv2 chip and my trigger disk was Crash Bandicoot.

also, if that does not work you may want to try another game. I am sure there are a couple games that just dont work well.

dude just give up , and go on with out the exploit .i am sure their is no way to fix this problem, as many people get this error and their is no fix. :badpc:
