ToxicOS 0.3 and HDLoader

Would it work if I used ToxicOS 0.3 instead of HDLoader for certain instructions that indicate to use HDL?

Well, first and foremost, you can only have Toxic OS 0.3 if you have a compatible mod chip. Otherwise, you can only use 0.2.

I already have ToxicOS 0.3

for my DMS 4 Pro. Well, anyway I'm going to try HDL_Dump soon.
